St. Helena’s Parish is a community of believers, formed by the Word of God and the gift of faith to be the Body of Christ in Bellefonte and surrounding areas of Brandywine Hundred in Delaware.

United with our Holy Father, the universal Church, the Bishop and the Diocese of Wilmington, we recognize our need to:

• Use the gifts of the Holy Spirit to build our Family of Christian faith and love in order to create an open, warm and welcoming environment.
• Seek to share the “good news” of Christ with others
• Reach out in compassion and love to serve the needs of others in our community.

Following the example of our patroness, St. Helena, we embrace the Cross and find our hope, our joy and peace in Christ.
